Please provide the site plan, including the dimensions, floor height, column positions, door locations and fire exits, as well as your budget and theme preferences. A CAD site plan is the most accurate; in addition, providing some on-site photos and videos will help our designers better understand the site conditions and create a more optimal design plan.

We will provide a comprehensive installation guide to simplify the installation process as much as possible. For large-scale indoor children's playground projects, we can arrange professional technicians to go to your local area to guide the installation, but the related costs are extra. The client shall bear the technician's salary, visa fee, accommodation, catering and round-trip ticket expenses. For smaller indoor playground structures, we will provide detailed 3D installation drawings to ensure the installation process is clear and easy to follow. During the installation, our professional technicians will be available via Skype, WhatsApp and email to solve any installation difficulties in a timely manner.

Often the answer is yes. Dealer do their own marketing, sale and maintain. Playground equipment is cheap itself but take so much space and so many design. So no dealer able to keep playgrounds in storage. Playground equipment is not standard product. That is why clients are prefer to take from manufacturer directly.
