Process
Offer the location drawing to us, include the location length, width, height, obstacles and pillars size and site, entrance and exit size and site, window size and site. The more detailed information, the better it will be. The best way is to offer the exact auto-cad drawing. (Location is very important which can decide the project win or lose. We have the tips about choosing location in our trampoline introduction page.)
Communicated your ideas and request with designers and then customized the design based on your location information. The design can be revised until you satisfy it. After we confirmed the design and price, we will confirm all the detail of the design with you, include different angle designs, items list , auto-cad drawing before production, double check. And at this time, you can begin to do the advertising.
After we received the 50% deposit, we will begin to produce the playground. During the production time, we will offer the production photos and tell the production schedule to you.
We will inform you to arrange the 50% balance and book the ship one week before production finish. Then we will load the containers and offer you the loading photos and videos.
After the ship departed, we will send the 3D installation diagram and clearance documents like packing lists, commercial invoice and BL to you.
After you received and cleared the container from the custom, you need to unload the containers. Put the same material parts together, plastic parts with plastic parts, pipes with pipes, mats with mats, it will be easier for you to find and install.
We will offer the installation guidance and video to you. And also we can offer online installation guide. For big projects, we can send the install worker to your location to install.
